Who We Are

Established in 2002 for the provision of aged care and disability services to the local community, Empowered Living Support Services (ELSS) is a not-for-profit, non-government institution. ELSS is a registered charity under the Charities Act 2013 and is governed by an independent board.

What We Do

Empowered Living Support Services is a registered provider of Home Care Packages, and operates Bethel Aged Care Facility in Waratah. We also manage three commercial facilities: Amaroo Aged Care Facility, Fig Tree Point Aged Care Facility, Waterview Aged Care Facility, and The Sanctuary Independent Living Facility. Overall, ELSS employs around 370 staff members.

In line with our commitment to providing the highest quality care services, ELSS also conducts specialised training and education in-house at all of our facilities. Having partnered with Essential Skills, a Registered Training Organisation in 2014, ELSS has developed a comprehensive education and workforce training plan, which involves training of nursing students and upskilling of current staff.
